REFUND POLICY

ALL refund requests must be made no later than the first game of the season. For Spring season 2019, this date is Saturday, April 6, 2019.  For Fall season 2019, this date is Saturday, September 14, 2019.


Refund requests must be made be in writing and sent to LYSA via e-mail or regular postal service mail. There will be a $25.00 processing fee per player withheld from each refund payment. The only exception to this policy is the rare times when we are unable to place your player on an age appropriate team with a practice location within 10 miles of your home address.  We use Google Maps to verify distance.  Late fees paid for late registration (any registration received after after during the late registration period) is non-refundable.


If payments were originally made with a credit/debit card, refunds will be paid back to the same card.


If you would like to request a refund, please submit the following info:

player’s first & last name

player’s date of birth OR division

name & address that the check should be mailed to

ALL checks require 2 signatures & refunds are typically processed at monthly meetings, so please allow 3 to 5 weeks to receive a refund.


The postmark on the envelope provides the date of submission of the request. If the request is postmarked AFTER April 6, 2019 for spring season or AFTER September 14, 2019 for fall season, the refund request will be denied.


Please remember, LYSA cannot process a refund without the receipt of a written request.
