REFUND POLICY
ALL refund requests must be made before the first game of the season. For spring season 2025, this date is Saturday, May 5, 2025.
Refund requests must be made be in writing and sent to LYSA via e-mail or regular postal service mail. There will be a $25.00 processing fee per player withheld from each refund payment. The only exception to this policy is the rare times when we are unable to place your player on an age appropriate team with a practice location within 10 miles of your home address. We use Google Maps to verify distance. Late fees paid for late registration (any registration received during the late registration period) is non-refundable.
If payments were originally made with a credit/debit card, refunds will be paid back to the same card.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. If you used a bank card, refunds will be made to that bank card. If a personal check was used, your refund will be made by check via USPS.
The postmark on the envelope provides the date of submission of the request. If the request is postmarked or emailed AFTER April 5th, the refund request will be denied.
Please remember, LYSA cannot process a refund without the receipt of a written request.
